Clarity over complexity
Procedures should be understood on the first read. We avoid jargon and design documents for the people who execute them daily.
We help organizations build documentation systems that support safe, consistent operations—and hold up under scrutiny.
Veridian Workplace Services was established in 2017 in Seattle by a group of former quality managers and operations directors who had spent years fixing compliance programs built by consultants disconnected from the shop floor.
We believed there was a better way: documentation written with the people who do the work, training that respects their time, and systems simple enough to maintain without a full-time compliance department.
Today we serve clients across 18 states—from regional food distributors and outpatient clinics to light manufacturers and hospitality groups—with a team of twelve consultants, technical writers, and training specialists.
Procedures should be understood on the first read. We avoid jargon and design documents for the people who execute them daily.
Regulatory alignment matters—but so does operational feasibility. We balance both in every engagement.
Our goal is to leave your team capable of maintaining and improving the system without ongoing dependency on outside consultants.
Fixed scopes, clear timelines, and honest assessments. If a full rewrite is not warranted, we will tell you.
